Properties:White powder (granules). Soluble in carbon disulfide, chloroform, Alkali solution, insoluble in water and Dilute Alkali, stable storage.
Application: ZDIBC is highly efficient because of its steric hindrance due to the branching structure of diisobutylamine, which can significantly reduce the formation of n-nitrosamines in the vulcanization process compared with the common non-branched superaccelerants of the same kind, an environment-friendly accelerator with good mechanical properties of Vulcanizate was prepared. Nr Latex is a natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex super accelerator. It can be used in NR latex in place of ZDEC and ZDBC.
